Despite its name, the Christmas Bush generally flowers in the early summer and is fairly rare due to its low numbers and inaccessibility.
This “Special Reserve” honey is amber in colour and tastes of sweet almonds. Unheated and packed raw, the Christmas Bush Honey is soft and mellow with overtones of Marzipan. It is honey with a mild delicate character and a very smooth finish.
